Abstract: The paper introduces the layout innovation of ground production system of Buertai mine and the adjacent mines,including Cuncaota №1 mine, Cuncaota №2 mine and Liuta mine, relying on Buertai mine yard,it makes use of innovative ideas，which is a combined layout of four mines' ground production systems,and it means that four large mines share the same ground service system, including coal processing, storage and transportation, power supply, water supply and drainage, heating, system control and equipment management, material supply, logistics services, so, it can greatly reduce the investment, and improve the efficiency of the mine production, it also achieve the scale economies , and reduce land occupation and environmental pollution. The project is a successful innovation and practice, and it can also provide a good　reference to master plan of mining area with similar conditions.
